Can I place an order by email or telephone?

Yes, you can order by telephone or email.  We recommend you to create an account on our website so we can easily track your order details. You can contact us at +34 628 778 639, from Monday to Friday 10:00h to 13:00h or 17:00h to 19:00h. If you are willing to order by email, please write to orders@trscndntl.com including the following information:

- Name and Surname.

- Telephone.

- ID number.

Shipping address:

- Country.

- Number and street.

- City.

- Postal code.

Order details:

- Product name.

- Color.

- Size.

Once we receive your order, we will generate a bill and find the most appropriate shipping method.

In case there is an issue with my order, who should I contact?

If you have any issues with your order, you can contact our Customer Service. We operate fromMonday through to Friday 10:00h to 13:00h or 17:00h to 19:00h.   You can also contact us via email:  orders@trscndntl.com.

How are the clothes sized?

If you have doubts about the exact size of our clothes items, you can check our Size guide, where you will find further details regarding the exact size of all our products.

What can I do if a product is out of stock?

If a product appears as “out of stock” you can notify us your interest in it. We are constantly replacing and updating our stock, so we can guarantee that the product will be available within a short period of time.

How can I check my order status?

After placing an order, you should receive the confirmation email and the bill together. If  you have not received any emails, you must contact our Customer Service.

Modification or cancellation of the order

How do I cancel or edit my order?

We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. For this reason, any modifications must be done before we start delivering your order. If you can not contact us within this time, we will not be able to cancel or edit your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bank Transfer and Paypal.

How will I receive the bill?

After you have submitted your order, you should receive a confirmation email including your bill. In case you have not received any email from us, you must contact or customer service.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost may vary depending on the number of items in the order.  The overall cost will be shown at the end of the purchasing process.

What are your shipping time frames?

We offer 24h and 48/72h service for national orders. For international orders, the time frames vary depending on the destination. 

What can I do if you do not ship goods to my country?

If we are not shipping goods to your country and you are willing to place an order, you can contact our Customer Service so we can find the most suitable solution to sort out this issue.

How can I track my orders?

Once we have delivered your order, we will provide you a link through which you can track your orders.

How can I exchange or return items?

You may return unworn and unwashed merchandise back to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund to the original form of payment.  Original shipping charges are not refunded. If you want to exchange a product, you should contact our Customer Service within the same period of time.

What can I do if I have received faulty items?

You must contact our Customer Service so you can proceed to exchange or return the faulty items.

Do you recommend to wash the clothes before wearing them?

Our products may contain ink waste or fluffs so we recommend washing the items before wearing them. Be aware that is important to follow the washing instructions you can find in the online description of each product on our website.
